A partnership is a documented relationship with defined scope, responsibilities, disclosure, review dates, and termination rights. It is not created by placing an organization’s logo on a page.
Outreach and application
Explain why KinkTrust is approaching the organization, what is proposed, what information will be published, and which benefits or obligations may apply.
Due diligence
Review identity, authorization, public claims, conflicts, privacy, accessibility, safety policies, references, and any data-sharing implications proportionate to the relationship.
Agreement
Record parties, scope, brand authorization, start and renewal dates, contributions, benefits, referral terms, content rights, complaint procedures, suspension, and termination.
Public transparency
Explain what the partnership means, what was reviewed, what remains self-reported, whether commercial benefits exist, and how concerns can be raised.
Renewal and termination
Partnerships expire unless renewed. Material concerns may require suspension while facts are reviewed. Historical records should remain available to authorized operations staff.
